After upgrading to 5.6.0 some users report problems when saving CSR after advancing workflow. Changes are not being saved using Web Client although everything works fine on Windows client.
It is related to the upgrade to JBOSS 5.1.0. It is being fixed in 5.6.1
WORKAROUND:
1. Go to Maintenance | Domain Specific | Work queues | Queue Assignment
2. Go through each queue and make sure that inactive stat users are not part of the member of this queue. If it is then highlight the inactive user and click the remove button
