1. Configure the stat.ini to point to your stat db
2. Go to C:\ProgramData\Quest Software\Stat\5.6.x and locate the stat.ini and copy this file to the network drive. For example, Z drive.
2. Modify the statini from C:\ProgramData\Quest Software\Stat\5.6.x to look like this:

[Options]
ClientTimeOffset=0
PSMaxConnections=4
PSCheckObjVersion=Y
[Shared Profile]
SharedProfile=Z:\stat.ini
LocalFailOver=N
Z:\stat.ini is an example of where my stat.ini file is located at. Change it to a valid location.
3. Now on the Z drive, make sure that you have a valid stat.ini file. See example below:
