We want stat to represent diff colors on the env (rather than just blue all the time). If last migration into target env completly fails, then red, if partial success (like File obj went success, but Tools object failed) then Yellow. If all objects (both file and Tools) went success then it is blue. This is only for last (that is recent one) migration on that env.
