After upgrading from Stat 5.3.2 to 5.6.0, any user who logon to the stat web client would receive the following error message when open up a csr | and click on csr properties or create a csr.

Stat user was deactivated, but it's still part of the queue.
WORKAROUND:
1. Take a look at the queue assignment and make sure that all the users that listed in the queue assignment is active otherwise you will get an error message when creating csr from stat web.
2. Make sure the user id who own the csr is an active user. If not, then change it to an active stat user
