Stat Web Client 5.6.0 version will not display CSR Details Properties View for CSRs that has single quote (') or double quote(") in the Description and Resolution tabs for the CSRs.
Customer upgraded from 5.3.0 to 5.6.0. Something happen with the Upgrade Description and Resolution part prior.
WORKAROUND:
1. Update the CSRs that has either single quote (') or double quote (") with something else then the Web Client will display CSR Details properties Views OK.
2. Re-run the Upgrade Description and Resolution utility resolved the issue.
