Description
Stat 5.7.1 HF-f has resolved the following issues:Resolves permission issues with attachments on web client CSRs. Anyone can open/read anattachment on any CSR regardless of CSR edit/read rights. Specific rights are needed to add orremove attachments from CSRsResolves a display issue on the Stat Web Client where single quote marks were part of the TaskComment.Resolves issue with updating Closed Date when auto status transfer occurs to an End status on aCSR.Resolves an issue with opening tasks from the CSR tasks page on the web client whether or not theDefault Task Query has been modified.Resolves an issue creating a CSR via Stat Web Services when the Central Agent is in debug and theCSR Resolution is null.Adds three buttons to the Stat Web Client Description and Resolution editor for managing links.Add Link, Remove Link and View Link. To add a link, type a link name, highlight it and click theAdd link button. To view or remove a link, highlight the link name and click the appropriate action.Note that different browsers have different processes for handling links to files on network drives.Allows agent to process approval emails sent to Stat that contain HTML spacing characters (+).Resolves an issue with generating status transfer approvals when the status rules are tasks/activities.This hotfix replaces 5.7.1HF-e and includes those fixes. -

WORKAROUND:This Hotfix applies to the Stat central agent only. Refer to the Stat_5.7.1HF-f_Readme_20150505_Eng.pdf if you are running Stat 5.7.1 or Knowledgebase solution 151815 for additional information and instructions on implementing the fix.STATUS:Issue is fixed in Stat 5.7.1 HF-f
