The baseline status stays "in process" after adding objects to a CSR (Customer/Service Request).
Perform the following to resolve this issue
1. Select Maintenance | General | Service Domain | locate the Service Domain that the CSR (Customer/Service Request) belong to and verify that the DB archive is checked.
2. Select Tools | Agent Status to verify that the Agent is responding.
3. Verify that there are full locks on all the objects. If not, then the baseline will stay in process.
4. Make sure that the CSR (Customer/Service Request) was saved after adding objects.
5. There should only be one Agent pointing to the Stat DB. Multiple Stat Agents will try to process the same objects which can cause the baseline to stay in process.
6. Create a new interim from Production (baseline) to see if the interim is completed. Occasionally the Agent may have some interrupted process which can cause the baseline to stay in process. If that is the case, then create an interim taking from Production and place a comment in the Description section as a Replacement of Baseline.
7. Logon to Stat Web Client (http://agenthostname:portnumber/stat). Go to Help | About and verify that the Agent is at the same version as the Stat DB.
