Even though the test connect from the Stat windows client and Stat Web for outbound email are successful, but users are not getting any emails. Furthermore, I don't see any row getitng added to MERC_EMAIL_QUEUE for the particular csr that should be getting an email.
Xvfb was not installed on the Unix box
1. You need to start Xvfb. Login as root user and start the Xvfb process.
2. Run the following DISPLAY command on command line and Export the DISPLAY
DISPLAY=:1.0
Export DISPLAY
3. Stop the stat agent.
4. Delete the tmp and work folder from app\server\default.
5. Restart the stat agent and try to trigger the business rule again.
