This situation happens only when you include your original Project Definition in your archive set and migrate it using either a custom-named project definition or Stat's defined project definition when doing a migration.
Take a look at the Stat forum for suggestions of how to resolve this issue. Make sure to consult with your Peoplesoft Admin what the best solution would be.
