Granted User ClassRights - 'Obj archive search wizard-run' and 'Obj migration history wizard-run'. Afterward, I am still not seeing the Object Mgmt pull down menu.
1. Go to Maintenance | General | System Maintenance
2. Click on Users tab
3. If the user belongs to Functional Users then they will not have access to Maintenance pull down menu and Object Mgmt pull down menu.
4. If the user belongs to Technical Users then the user has access to the Maintenance pull down menu and Object Mgmt pull down menu.
Note: Functional users are non-administrative and non-development.
