The 'Issues' tab has disappeared in v6.0, can it be re-enabled? -
Description
After upgrading to 6.0, the 'Issues' tab no longer appears in the CSR window. Is there a reason for this, and can it be re-enabled? -
Resolution
The Issues tab was removed as it was legacy content, although the data behind it still exists, and the tab can be re-enabled in the Stat Windows Client.
To re-enable it, please follow the steps below:
1. Open stat.ini with a text editor.
2. In the 'Options' section, set the line: EnableIssues=Y
3. Save and close and then start Stat Windows client. -
Additional Information
In Stat 6.1, the Issues tab will be re-instated.
