Can't reject a CSR in web client -
Description
I can approve a CSR and save in the web client. When I select reject and try to save, it won't save and lock down. The dropdown list remains.

Cause
A rejection is considered to be a non-approval.

Resolution
It’s working as designed. The request stays on this window until
1. The user changes it to an approval
2. The status transfer occurs.
