Each time I try to create a new CSR, I get a popup stating the customer has multiple open CSRs.

Each time I try to create a new CSR, I get a popup stating "The customer has 5 open CSRs in this service domain, would you like to view them?" This is only occurring for a newly created service domain (XXX). It does not occur for any existing service domains even though I use the same customer for all CSRs across all service domains.
