Why do I get CKEDITOR IS UNDEFINED when trying to save a csr? Starting with Stat 6.1.0, we are using Internet Explorer 11 to open up a file called ckeditor.html. If user have high security on IE then this file might not be opened and as a result, a csr could not be saved. Apply Stat 6.1.0 hf-c to address this issue. This hotfix will open the ckeditor.html from the stat central agent machine.
