Stat Central Agent configured for HTTPS does not come up and showing the wrong Web Link -
Description
Customer installed SCA 6.1 and configured it for HTTPS. The configuration is ok but in the Help | About Stat is showed the URL Link:
http://server_name:8443/stat which is a sort of mixed wrong value. Eg. it is not https and it shows the port for https or vice-versa. However, clicking the link it opens the page with a ‘P’ doing nothing or providing incorrect port number. If appends an ‘s’ to HTTP completing the URL Stat page comes up.

Cause
Wrong values in the table STAT_CONFIG_PROPS for the system parameters 'HTTPS', 'PORT_HTTPS_CONSTANT'.
This will be implemented in future Stat version 6.2. If the user will use Stat secure (HTTPS) then the Web Link will show the proper link for https.
There will be not the automatic redirect.

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Run the following dml statements:
-- this is for offset 0. Change the #2 dml PARAM_VALUE = '0' to 1 or etc depending on the offset you are using.1. UPDATE STAT_CONFIG_PROPS SET PARAM_VALUE = 'Yes' WHERE PARAM_NAME = 'HTTPS';2. UPDATE STAT_CONFIG_PROPS SET PARAM_VALUE = '0' WHERE PARAM_NAME = 'PORT_HTTPS_CONSTANT';COMMIT;STATUS:This issue will be address in Stat 6.2.0.
