In a PS environment the CSR type available are Incident, Enhancement, Data Correction, Patch, User Issue.
When the application users (Functional Users) create a CSR to report a problem, they should see only one CSR Type - "User Issue" in the "CSR Type" drop down list.
They should see only one ‘CSR type’ at the time of creating a new CSR.
Later on, IT Manager/Supervisor will change the CSR type to one of the above CSR types depending on the nature of the problem.
How to restrict a user from opening a CSR only to one CSR type ?
