SQL Optimizer crashes when running Find SQL from the Plan Cache -
Description
A window stating "Quest SQL Optimizer for SQL Server has stopped working" appears within a few seconds of these steps:
1. Start SQL Optimizer for SQL Server v10.0.1.2146
2. Click the Find SQL tab (the "Getting started to Find SQL" text appears)
3. Click on "Click here to start Find SQL", and select any SQL instance.
