ORA-29284 error when running multiple Test Runs with TRACE in SQL Optimizer for Oracle 10.0 (4382836)

In SQL Optimizer for Oracle version 10.0, when using the TRACE option after executing Test Runs, the application does not consistently display TRACE information.

When a single Test Run is executed, the TRACE information is displayed correctly. However, when two or more Test Runs are executed, only one execution displays successfully, while the others fail with the ORA-29284 error and do not show TRACE output.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open SQL Optimizer for Oracle
2. Navigate to Optimizer for Oracle
3. Click on Connections and establish a connection
4. Enter a SQL query
5. Click on Auto Optimize
6. Execute Test Run
7. Click on Execution and review results
8. Run multiple Test Runs

Actual Result:

• ORA-29284 error is displayed
• TRACE information is not shown for multiple executions

Expected Result:

• TRACE information should be displayed successfully for all Test Runs

WORKAROUND:
It is recommended to execute Test Runs individually when TRACE output is required.

STATUS:
This issue is confirmed as a defect in SQL Optimizer for Oracle 10.0.
Waiting for a fix in a future release of SQL Optimizer for Oracle.
