When trying to open a saved session, no window or session list is opened. An error automatically comes up and Optimize is hung up after clicking OK to the error.

This error has been logged to the Support Bundle. Click OK. Then click the Support Bundle tab to open the Support Bundle window and send the error informaiton to our Support team."
The support bundle cannot be accessed after the error.
Corrupted session file.
Pinpoint and remove the corrupted session file(s):
1. Exit Optimizer.
2. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<personal folder>\Application Data\Quest SQL Optimizer for Oracle\8.0.0\Optimize SQL Data. Rename this folder (i.e. Optimize SQL Data_ERROR). This folder contains the saved session information. One or more of these files could be corrupted and causing this error.
3. Create a new folder called "Optimize SQL Data".
4. Test each session file from the"Optimize SQL Data_ERROR" by carrying a file over into the new "Optimize SQL Data" folder.
5. Start Optimizer and test for the error. If the session file is clean, the window will open up without any errors in Optimize and the single session will be listed. Do this for each session file in "Optimize SQL Data_ERROR" until you find the session(s) that causes the error.
You may need to test all session files in case more then one was corrupted. Once the offending session file(s) is(are) pinpointed, remove the offending file, and carry over your clean session files into the "Optimize SQL Data". You should be able to launch Toad and access the sessions without error. There is no way to recover the corrupted file.
