In SQL Navigator 6.2, Edit | Insert | Debug Variable option menu option no longer adds "Value of ..." text to DBMS_OUTPUT line:
Old version (5.x):
dbms_output.put_line(substr('Value of v_SALES='||v_SALES,1,255));
6.2 version:
dbms_output.put_line(substr(to_char(v_SALES),1,255));
