After installing SQL Navigator using an Administrator User, a limited user who has been granted full access to the "Program Files\Quest Software folder" is unable to launch SQL Navigator.
WORKAROUND:
1. Log onto the computer using the account that will be used to install SQL Navigator.
2. Copy ToadDebug.txt file to the C:\ drive.
3. Grant the Non-Admin Users Modify permissions to the C:\ToadDebug.txt file.
STATUS:
This issue is fixed in SQL Navigator 5.1. The latest version of SQL Navigator can be downloaded at: http://support.quest.com/support_download/Downloads.asp.
