Unpinned toolbox will not stay visible when moused over -
Description
When the toolbox is unpinned and then moused over, the toolbox will appear and stay visible as expected. However when the PL/SQL Debugger is turned on, mousing over the toolbox now will not stay visible; it will immediately auto-hide itself.

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Pin the toolbox to be visible at all times.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of SQL Navigator. -
