SQL Optimizer does not recognize the SQL Navigator Development Suite license key -
Description
SQL Navigator is installed on a machine and has a Development Suite license key entered in it. On the same machine is SQL Optimizer for Oracle. The Development Suite key should give access to SQL Optimizer, but SQL Optimizer is not recognizing the license key.
