Error received when logging into an Oracle database or launching SQL Navigator:
"Unhandled Exception error : OCI.dll can not be found"
"Cannot load OCI DLL: oci.dll"
1) SQL Navigator requires that an Oracle client be installed and working properly before connecting to a database.
2) SQL Navigator does not support 64-bit clients.
Make sure an Oracle client is installed and working properly. If it is not, install Oracle client or resolve Oracle client issue.
Make sure the client being used is not a 64-bit Oracle client. If it is, install a 32-bit Oracle client.
Make sure user has Read/Write Windows privileges to the Oracle Home path. For example, if Oracle Home path is "C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1", make sure user can access that path.
