How to add more than 1 recipient to email alerts in Spotlight on Unix?

WORKAROUND1

If MAPI send is being used, create a global distribution list to send to multiple recipients. Use the global distribution list in the 'To' field of the Send An Email dialog.

WORKAROUND2

If SMTP is being used, use multiple email addresses delimited by semicolon in the 'To' field of the Send An Email dialog.

1. On Spotlight menu bar, click View | Options | Spotlight Console | Servers

2. Select SMTP

3. Click the Options button

4. Provide the required information in the SMTP Mail Options dialog

5. Create the Action Rule to send email

6. Click the Test button to test notification to multiple email recipients delimited by semicolon
