The user is using a clustered SQL server (called ClusterName). It uses GeoCluster's Double-Take software to manage the replication between the nodes (called ClusterNODE1 and ClusterNODE2). The OS info can be seen for both nodes.
The user is hoping to see the OS level info when viewing the ClusterName (Spotlight SQL Enterprise) connection. The OS level info is not displayed when viewing the ClusterName (the virtual name for the cluster).
The following error is seen:
Windows host is in an unscheduled outage: Windows Registry connection to 'ClusterName' failed for user 'UserName'. The following error occurred while connecting to '\\ClusterName':
A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated.
The Local System Account UserName doesn't have the rights to access Windows Registry on monitored machine ClusterName, that is why the connection failed.
Run the Diagnostic Server service under a domain account that is an administrator on all the monitored boxes or specify the login to use for each box (use ClusterName\Administrator account instead of Windows Authentication on connection level).
