Diagnostic Server is not currently available
Go the Diagnostic Server service (under control panel ...services). Then do the right click on Quest Diagnostic Server Service, properties, logon tab, and then please edit the user to your domain user and re-type the password.
Then restart that service and try to connect after couple of minutes with Spoltight.
Domains should be at least one-way trusted to allow monitoring across domains.
