Spotlight client crashes every time when is opened or when you clcik on Heatmap and select SQL Server connection.
This applied to version 10.5.0, 10.5.1 and 10.5.2 only
Message: Spotlight on SQL Server has stopped working
There are 2 options to solve it:
1) upgrade to version 11
(You would upgrade first to version 11.1.1 and then to 11.2.x )
Please make sure you backup your Spotlight’s databases and Agent directory before upgrade.
OR
2) if allowed by policies, you can remove the MS patch instead ( KB3068708) if you cannot upgrade your 10.5.x immediately.
