Read only access for mobile users
Description

Does Spotlight Essentials website and/or the mobile app offer read-only access for some users ? It appears that users with read-only access to the client can still acknowledge alarms on the website.

By design
Resolution

The Spotlight client be installed on a user's desktop to accomplish this. The read only group lies in the DiagnosticServer and it only works for the desktop client running on a Windows account. There is no equivalent properties on mobile/spotlightessentials app.
