Invalid alert SQL Agent Status
Description

Getting an error that the registry key cannot be read due to lack of permission but the service account is a member of a group which is in the local admins group on the server, only appearing on some of instances.
Error: SQL Agent Status... registry key cannot be read due to lack of permission
Resolution

This issue is related with the server level collation of monitored SQL server.
Only the collation which is case sensitive will have the issue. Currently you can change server level collation into case non-sensitive to avoid this issue until release of 11.5 version.
