Alarms sent by email come without the name of the connection after adding variables for the name of the connection and selecting "test connection".
In this scenario you will see that the e-mail received has substituted the {{CUSTOMER_OBJECT_NAME}} parameter with the wording “Test Instance” (in both the e-mail subject and message) – which is to be expected when using the Test button. When the real alarm is triggered then this will be substituted with the name of the connection.
