How to get a list of configured alarms and thresholds exported to a spreadsheet?

Resolution
There is a report called "Configuration Changes" that is an audit report of all changes made in Spotlight; from Alarm changes, Report scheduling changes, Alarm Action change, and other configuration settings changes.
To access this report, click the reports tab on the left and double-click the report name. On the new Report Viewer window, click the "View Report" button to generate the report.
