Description

During upgrade to version 11.0 receive an error "illegal characters in path" on the page where path is shown.
Resolution

1. Type regedit in run command, it will go to Registry Editor
2. Open the key Computer->HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SYSTEM->CurrentControlSet->services->SpotlightDiagnosticServerforSQL
3. Right click the sub-key ImagePath, click the menu Modify
4. Remove the double quote in the beginning and the end in Value data textbox
5. Click OK button to save the value
6. Launch the installer again
