Quest Diagnostic Sever service dies after few seconds. Not able to enetr the license key and cannot establish connection with the QDS.
One of the possible reasons can be French characters contained in the site message of the authorization key
Please ask licensing department to issue a key which has English characters only (in site message).
This issue is fixed in the future release (8.5)
