Product Defect
Follow the steps below to fix the problem:
1) Make sure the DiagnosticServer service is not running.
2) Replace QS_Litespeed.sql to {DS install dir}\conf\package\sqlserver_spotlight\2000.
3) Replace QS_Files.sql to {DS install dir}\conf\package\sqlserver_spotlight\2005.
Restart Diagnostic Server service.
If the above steps don't fix your issue, please collect a support bundle from the Help menu and open a New Service Request.
