Some changes were made in version 12.0 to support TLS 1.2.
· User should upgrade to .Net 4.5 to support TLS 1.2 in both Client and DS OS.
· Turn off TLS 1.0 and only keeping TLS 1.2 CAN CAUSE SOME ISSUES, as some of the SQL versions don’t support TLS 1.2. You can refer https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/3135244/tls-1.2-support-for-microsoft-sql-server
