In 7.6 by design the view is circular only unlike in version 6.x where it was rectangular or circular and names of the connections were always there.
First, if you are working with the pre-defined "All connections" view, it might be better if you create your own view by double-clicking "Add View", giving the view a name, and then check All Connections. This gives you the same starting point as the "All connections" view, but the management of the view is more under your control.
Then arrange the connections as you wish ... note that if you accidentally click "Arrange", you can right click in the display and select "Undo" ... you can Undo the last 5 actions you have taken. Undo is not available when editing the "All connections" view.
As new servers come on line, you can manually add them to the view by putting your cursor in the desired position, and right click "Add connections" and select the new connection to be added.
The software's decision of whether to display the text labels depends on how many pixels are available for the display of each node. Increasing the number of pixels available, either by maximizing the display, minimizing the real estate used by the connection portal (drag the dividing line to the left), or displaying on a higher-resolution screen, may all help in this decision.
In case you need to backup existing views you should know where these views are stored. On the Diagnostic Server go to ...\Agent\conf\Document\applications\topologies\SoSSE. This folder contains the XML files containing the topology views. Copy/backup those files when they are satisfactorily set up, so that in the event that an accident occurs with subsequent editing, you can return to the original file.
