Federation does not allow duplicate connection in each DS (Diagnostic Server)
a. Remove the problematic DS from the Federation
b. Remove duplicate connections exist in other DS, you can check the folder {DS installation}\Agent\conf\Monitored_Entity and remove the connection files that already exist in other DS
c. Restart DS service (of the one that had the duplicates removed)
d. Try to add the DS to Federation, if it still doesn't work, go back to step a
Now it should show the number of connections
