Getting error "Service - Failed to start LicenseService com.quest.adk.ADKException: Decryption er
Description

Getting error "Service - Failed to start LicenseService com.quest.adk.ADKException: Decryption error for cipher" when trying to connect to the Diagnostic Server.
Cause

Poblem with the site message
Resolution

If your site message contains a special character (as an umlaut) please request a new license key without the special character at license@quest.com.
Then re enter the new license and site message in Spotlight ( Help | About | View/change product license).
