After upgrading to version 11.5 there are alerts raised about servers being unavailable when they have not been.

Error:
Connection 'SQLServer Auxiliary Connection' failed to connect: The SQL query has been executing for longer that its time limit but has not timed out.It may be hung'
This error can occur on different alarms.
These alarms relate to the second SQL Server connection that the Diagnostic Server uses to get data from an instance. This connection is used for long running scripts that are not time critical monitoring scripts. One of these is the Fragmentation Overview collection . This SQL Server connection is not connected all the time unlike the main monitoring connection, it is connected and disconnected as needed. This error indicates that the Fragmentation Overview collection ran longer than the timeout but failed to timeout. However for some reason the timeout for this collection looks like it is set to 10 minutes instead of the 45 minutes that it should be.
Note that the main connections used to monitor the instances are connected and that monitoring is continuing.
