Big increase of bandwidth usage after upgrading to 10.5.1 (from 10.0.2).
Description

There has been a big increase of bandwidth usage after upgrading to 10.5.1 (from 10.0.2).
It is not possibile to increase the bandwidth.
Is there something that can be turned off in Spotlight in order to decrease the bandwidth needed?
Cause

This issue could be due to "Statement Waits" collection: it is new, it is collected frequently and could contain large SQL statements.
Resolution

RESOLUTION
1.   Launch the Spotlight client
2.   Go to Configure | Collection | Scheduling | Statements Waits.
3.   Uncheck ‘Collect data when Spotlight is not connected’.
4.   Click OK button
