WORKAROUND
Use the SOSSE Client to modify the Alarm template: change the “SQLIOStall” to “VirtualFileStats” in the message of rule “I/O Stall Time” , change the “total_elapsed_time_sec” to “total_elapsed_time” in the customized message of rule “SQL – Long Running SQL”.
2. Save the template and apply it to the Monitored SQLServers with that problem.
3. Make sure that in the {DSInstall directory}\conf there are not occurrences for “SQLIOStall” and “total_elapsed_time_sec” (notepad++ search in files…).
If so we will need to manually modify them.
