Resolution
1. Backup the directory
{DS dir}agent\conf\Package\
2. Place the attached SQLServer_SpotLight.xml to overwrite the existing one.
3. Restart the diagnostic server service

The attached file has been set up the timeout value as 10 min for collection SQLBufferCacheContents. User may opt to increase it further. Just search SQLBufferCacheContents in SQLServer_SpotLight.xml, and go to sub tree:timeout 600000
