If you click "Report" under the top menu bar, the option is grayed out. -

If you click Report under the top menu bar, the option is grayed out. -
Cause
This was removed in later versions. It's just the menu has not been modified to not show it.

Resolution
The new way to access reports in under the left side tree. Scroll down the list until you see 'Reporting and Trending'. Then drill down into 'Reports'. You should be able to access the reports from here.
Note, you'll need to select and view a connection before clicking on any of the reports.
