How to add logins to be able to use Spotlight and connect to Diagnostic Server.
Navigate to:
|Start|Settings|Control Panel|Administrator Tools
Select Computer Mangement
Navigate to Local Users and Groups|Groups
Scroll down the list until you see the following groups depending on the version you have installed, the group will be either:
1. Versions prior to 9.x:
Quest Diagnostic Administrators
Quest Diagnostic User and Quest Diagnostic Read Only User
1. Versions 9.x and above:
Spotlight Diagnostic Administrators
Spotlight Diagnostic User and Spotlight Diagnostic Read Only User
You can double click on either of these to open the General window. There will be an 'Add' button to add the domain logins.
