Unable to view graph when clicking on the view graphs in deadlock session
Description

Clicks on view graphs in deadlock session gets an error "sql server management studio cant be launched"
Cause

Third party issue.
Resolution

This is a SSMS bug and not Spotlight's. The SSMS deadlock viewer doesn't handle some forms of the deadlock XML properly. Note, we don't manipulate the XML in any way; just collect it from SQL Server and then send it to SSMS.
Microsoft is aware of it. Here is a link to their site.
