The word 'Unknown' appears in the email message. Here's an example:
SQL Agent - Jobs Failed: The SQL Agent Job "DBCC-ReIndex.Subplan 1" has failed
with the message "The job failed. The Job was invoked by Schedule 34 (DBCC-
ReIndex.Subplan 1). The last step to run was step 1 (Subplan 1). - Unknown"
The rest of the subplan message doen't appear.
