Resolution
The Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise version 13.2 version released on April 9th, 2020 has enhanced the security and quality of the Spotlight Cloud feature.
Starting June 1st 2020, the Spotlight Cloud feature will only be supported for Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise version 13.2 and higher.
