Statistics collections stopped collecting and custom scheduling for collections are being ignored
Description
After customizing the scheduling for some collections, user ran a script against the statistics repository to get a report on the current collection intervals. Collection interval times did not match to what was customized. They noticed that these custom collections were also ignored in some cases and in other cases, the collection stopped altogether, for over 2 weeks.
Cause
When a data collection script blocks for a long time the DS takes action to unblock it or it informs the user via an alarm when a SQL script is blocked on SQL Server side.
