Spotlight Extension login shows "Loading..." but never loads.
Description

The Spotlight Extensions shows "Loading..." when trying to login to Spotlight Cloud but never finishes loading.
Resolution

STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future release of Spotlight Extension.
WORKAROUND:
a. close SQL Server Management Studio
b. delete the folder C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Quest Software\Spotlight Extensions
c. Launch SQL Server Management Studio and sign in again
